End User License Agreement

Welcome to ThoughtX. This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of our platform, services, and products (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using ThoughtX, you agree to be bound by this EULA and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Service.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using ThoughtX, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA, as well as any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Service or to products and services available through the Service. You also agree that there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on ThoughtX.

  2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 16 years old to use ThoughtX. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

  3. Account Registration

    To access certain features of ThoughtX, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

    • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
    • Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
    • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
  4. License Grant and Restrictions

    • License Grant: ThoughtX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.
    • Restrictions: You agree not to:
      • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
      • Use the Service to transmit, distribute, or store any material that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
      • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
      • Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission.
  5. Content

    • Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting, posting, or displaying content, you grant ThoughtX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content.
    • Our Content: All content and materials provided by ThoughtX, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of ThoughtX or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our prior written consent.
    • Objectionable Content: ThoughtX does not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. Any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing, or otherwise objectionable will be removed. Users who submit such content will be ejected from the platform.
  6. Content Filtering

    ThoughtX implements a method for filtering objectionable content to prevent its display on the platform. Our automated systems and moderators review content submissions to ensure compliance with our standards.

  7. Flagging and Blocking Mechanisms

    • Flagging: Users can flag objectionable content using the built-in flagging mechanism. Once flagged, the content will be reviewed by our team.
    • Blocking: Users can block abusive users through the platform’s user interface. This prevents further interaction between the blocking user and the blocked user.
  8. Response to Reports

    ThoughtX is committed to acting on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. Upon receiving a report, we will review the content and, if it violates our policies, remove the content and eject the user who provided it.

  9. Privacy

    Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information. By using ThoughtX, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

  10. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to if you breach this EULA. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

  11. Disclaimers

    The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ThoughtX makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, ThoughtX disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

  12. Limitation of Liability

    In no event shall ThoughtX be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if ThoughtX has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  13. Governing Law

    This EULA and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ThoughtX is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  14. Changes to EULA

    ThoughtX reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new EULA on the Service. You are advised to review this EULA periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
